في المخيمات، حيث تشتدّ المعاناة وتقلّ الموارد، يصبح الماء النظيف نعمة عظيمة ينتظرها الجميع، كبار السن الذين أنهكهم التعب، الأطفال الذين يركضون حاملين أوعيتهم الصغيرة، الأمهات اللواتي يسعين لتأمين أبسط احتياجات أسرهن، والمرضى وذوو الإعاقة الذين يعجزون عن البحث عنه بأنفسهم. وعندما تصل صهاريج المياه إلى المخيم، يرتسم الأمل على الوجوه، ويشعر الجميع أن هناك من لم ينسهم في محنتهم.
